Shipping policy

GGS has a flat standard shipping rate of $10. Express shipping costs $20.00.

For most Australian and New Zealand orders we use Australia Post.  GGS agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within 3-5 working days* from the payment receipt date. GGS will send a notification to you by email or txt message when your order is dispatched.

You should expect your parcel within 2-7 business days (Australia) or 5-10 business days (New Zealand) following dispatch. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us on our email clothing.shop@ggs.wa.edu.au and we will track it for you. Australia Post will deliver straight to your door, however, if undelivered a calling card will be placed in your letterbox to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office.

GGS are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.
